Placing an Order

Placing an Order

To place the order on the Website, please follow these steps:

  1. Choose the items you would like to purchase and add it to a Cart.
  2. Go to the Cart and check its content.
  3. If you already have a registration as a Privileged Client at the Website http://cn.siberianhealth.com/en/, we recommend you to log in before placing the order (enter your Agreement number and password), and then proceed to the clause 5 hereof.
  4. If you are not registered with Siberian Health, you can do it by clicking "Continue after registration" in the Cart. Besides, you can make purchases without registration via "Quick purchase" service. In this case you won't get points that can be used to pay further purchases.
  5. Once you got registered or logged in you can proceed shopping. Next step is to choose shipping address or pickup point.
  6. If you are not able to pick it up personally, we recommend you to specify the name of another receiver and his/her contact number.
  7. After choosing the delivery method, go to the order payment with the bank card.
  8. The next step is to confirm the consent with the User Agreement, Terms of Purchase, and Confidentiality Policy.
  9. Upon filling up the form click "Proceed to payment" and pay the order following the payment system instructions.
  10. Once you pay the order, you will receive payment confirmation to the specified email.
  11. Upon delivering the order to the courier service you will receive, to your e-mail, the tracking number for tracking at the courier service website.
